Responsible Play with RaiseHero

RaiseHero is committed to promoting safe and responsible participation. Our prize draws are intended for entertainment only and should not be considered a way to make money or solve financial problems.

RaiseHero is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over, and we take steps to prevent underage participation.

We encourage all members to participate responsibly, within their means, and to treat prize draws as occasional entertainment rather than a regular activity. We monitor participation patterns to help identify potentially harmful behaviour and take appropriate action where necessary.

Signs of a problem

Treating prize draws as a source of income

  • Attempting to chase losses or escape financial difficulty

  • Spending more time or money than you can afford

  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to continue playing

  • Struggling to reduce or stop playing

Player Control Tools

We provide tools to help you stay in control. You can:

  • Request a temporary break from the platform at any time of 6 months or more by getting in touch with us by email at support@raffolux.com

  • Exclude yourself from the platform permanently by getting in contact with us by email at support@raffolux.com.

Actions you can take

  • Take regular breaks from participation

  • Seek support if you feel your behaviour is becoming difficult to manage

  • There are a number of treatment centres in the UK that may be of help, especially if you feel like your behaviour is out of control. Gordon Moody, available at https://gordonmoody.org.uk, have treatment programs and counselling support available.

  • Track your spending to ensure it remains within your means

Actions we will take

If we see signs of excessive or harmful participation, we may:

  • Contact you to check on your wellbeing

  • Apply restrictions to your account

  • Suspend or close your account where necessary

We also cap the number of tickets that can be purchased per draw.
